These terms apply to every offer, order and agreement concluded through Pruii. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Offer and prices
We describe products as accurately as reasonably possible. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Pruii. Consumer prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Orders from €99 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands; below €99, shipping costs €5.95. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.
3. Agreement and payment
The agreement is concluded after the customer completes the order and receives an electronic confirmation. Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will contact the customer if delivery is delayed or a product is unavailable.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. After withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days. Register a return through info@pruii.com. Direct return costs are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded by law, including for customised products and sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
6. Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the purchase amount and standard outbound delivery costs within 14 days, using the original payment method. We may wait until the goods have been returned or the customer provides proof of return.
7. Conformity and warranty
Products must meet what the customer may reasonably expect under the agreement. Statutory warranty rights remain fully applicable. Report a defective or incorrectly delivered product promptly through info@pruii.com.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to info@pruii.com with the order number and a clear description. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
9. Liability
Pruii is not liable for indirect loss except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to agreements with Pruii. Statutory consumer protection and the jurisdiction of the competent court remain applicable.
