When will my order be shipped?
Available products are usually processed within one business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders from €99. Below €99, the shipping cost is €5.95. The final amount is shown before checkout.
Can I return my order?
Consumers normally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receiving an online order. Email info@pruii.com to register your return. Exceptions may apply to sealed hygiene products and customised items.
When will I receive my refund?
We refund within 14 days after cancellation. We may wait until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of shipment.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. Consumer prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
